Technical Sales Manager (Marine / Offshore)
£45,000 - £55,000 + OTE £70k+ + Quarterly Bonus + Company Car + Product Training + Progression + Private Medical + Company Benefits
South of England (Field Based)
Are you a Technical Sales professional with an engineering background, looking to take ownership of a high-value territory and build your career with a global market leader?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading manufacturer of innovative cable and pipe sealing solutions, supporting major marine and offshore projects across the South of England. The company offers excellent stability, specialist product training, and the opportunity to develop your career within a global organisation.
In this role, you'll take ownership of your territory, developing new business, building long-term relationships, and securing specifications with engineers, contractors, owners, and major project stakeholders. You'll provide technical advice, deliver presentations, and attend site visits or industry events.

This role would suit a Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Business Development Manager looking to move into a high-value commercial role within the marine and offshore sector.
The Role:
- Develop new business across the marine and offshore sectors
- Build relationships with owners, operators, engineers, contractors, and distributors
- Identify projects and secure product specifications from design stage through to delivery
- Provide technical sales support, product presentations, and solution guidance
- Conduct customer and site visits across the South and up to the Midlands
- Manage existing strategic accounts and develop long-term partnerships
- Attend industry events and forums to generate new opportunities
The Person:
- Technical sales, business development, or sales engineering background
- Experience selling engineering products or solutions
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
