Technical Sales Manager (Medical Equipment / UK Travel)
£45,000 - £55,000 + Company Bonus + Private Medical Insurance + Progression + Training + Company Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Remote
Location: London - Remote
Are you a Technical Sales Manager or similar from a medical equipment background looking for a remote role where you will provide bespoke healthcare solutions across a UK patch, receive ongoing training on advanced medical equipment and increase your earnings through company bonuses?
Established over 30 years ago, this leading independent biomedical engineering specialist provides medical device supply, maintenance, training and lifecycle management services. Supporting NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers and clinical organisations across the UK, the business generates annual revenues of around £35 million while continuing to invest in innovation and growth.
In this Role:
- Develop new business opportunities across the UK healthcare sector, working with NHS Trusts, private hospitals and other healthcare providers to deliver tailored service solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling, prepare proposals and tenders, collaborate with engineering and operational teams, and manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award while driving business growth.

This role would suit a Technical Sales Manager or similar from a medical equipment background looking for a remote, field-based role where they can grow key accounts, win new business and represent an established industry leader across the UK.
The Role:
- Develop new business opportunities across NHS Trusts, private hospitals and healthcare providers
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross selling
- Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders and service agreements
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored healthcare solutions
- Remote role with UK travel, 37.5-hour week
The Person:
- Technical Sales Manager, Account Manager or similar
- Background in medical devices, medical equipment or biomedical engineering
- Experience selling into the NHS or private healthcare sector
- Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to travel across the UK and commute to the Birmingham office once per month
