This is how you WOW
- Drive Kärcher's robotic products and digital solutions into the UK market.
- Formulate and implement a winning sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and align with market opportunities.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to support Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.
- Identify new market segments and engage with key customers and distribution partners to build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and support.
- Analyse sales metrics and stay updated on industry trends to inform business and product strategies.

- Clear written and verbal communication alongside excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Full UK driving license and a willingness to travel within the UK and abroad.
- An understanding of robotic technology in the cleaning industry and its applications (Desirable).
