Role Description
This full-time remote role of Technical Sales Manager/VP Europe is responsible for leading and executing sales activities across the European region. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing technical guidance to prospects and customers.

Responsibilities
- Preparing and delivering technical sales presentations
- Responding to product and solution inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective implementation and customer satisfaction
- Analyzing market trends
- Contributing to sales strategies
- Supporting customer onboarding
- Maintaining high-quality customer relationships
Requirements
Regular virtual meetings with clients and colleagues, as well as occasional travel within Europe as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to drive revenue and effectively position solutions
- Solid Account Management capabilities to maintain relationships, manage pipelines, and grow existing accounts
- Technical Support skills to address product-related questions and guide customers through technical evaluations
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience and long-term customer retention
- Experience in managing regional or multi-country sales within Europe, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, chemical business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; background in technology or industrial solutions is an advantage
