Role
This is a technically focused sales role, responsible for developing existing customer relationships while identifying and winning new business across industrial and engineering-led markets. You will work closely with customers to understand technical requirements, develop appropriate product and solution specifications, prepare quotations, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.

The role will involve:
- Regular customer engagement
- Site visits
- Technical presentations
- Product demonstrations
You will also be working closely with internal engineering, technical, and marketing teams. With the business benefiting from acquisition-led growth and an expanding product and market opportunity, this is a position where the successful individual can make a tangible impact on revenue growth, market development, and the future commercial direction of the organisation.
Person
We are looking for an experienced technical sales professional with a proven track record of selling industrial and engineering products, components, materials, or technical solutions into technically demanding vertical markets.
You will be comfortable engaging with engineers, technical specialists, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders, able to translate complex customer requirements into commercially viable solutions, and confident handling technical objections throughout the sales process.

A technical, engineering, or scientific degree would be advantageous, but equally important is demonstrable technical sales experience, commercial curiosity, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
