Job Description
Technical Sales Representative (London)
Role Purpose
Drive revenue growth and market expansion by meeting and exceeding financial and activity targets while working closely with the MillerKnoll UK & Ireland dealer network, with a particular focus on the company's largest dealer partner based in London. Champion the MillerKnoll brand within the dealer community by building strong, commercially focused partnerships, ensuring ease of doing business, targeting end-user and Architecture & Design (A&D) clients, and positioning MillerKnoll as the strategic partner of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed sales targets: Consistently achieve and surpass UK & Ireland financial goals through proactive pipeline management, strategic account management and business development.
- Develop dealer partnerships: Work exclusively with MillerKnoll's largest dealer partner, alongside dedicated support resources, to plan and deliver dealer support, providing technical expertise, specification guidance and commercial insight that drives mutual growth.
- Develop business development strategies: In partnership with the nominated dealer, create and execute targeted business development plans focused on key end-user, A&D and project management sectors.
- Drive operational excellence: Ensure all client enquiries, quotations, sample requests and administrative tasks are managed with speed, accuracy and professionalism.
- Expand A&D influence: Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships across the A&D community, increasing awareness and adoption of MillerKnoll solutions while positioning the brand as a trusted design resource. Support MillerKnoll's go-to-market strategy by attending industry events, building relationships within the design community, aligning with quarterly A&D enablement plans, and contributing to business development and lead generation activities.
- Win projects through expertise: Understand customer requirements and prepare compelling specifications and quotations that secure projects and reinforce MillerKnoll's value proposition. Communicate this value consistently across all projects within the dealer pipeline.
- Build a strong dealer presence: Establish yourself as a trusted extension of the dealer's team by spending the majority of your time within their offices, strengthening collaboration, visibility and day-to-day engagement.
- Engage in strategic meetings: Actively participate in sales and client meetings, providing commercial insight and technical expertise that supports MillerKnoll's growth objectives.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the wider MillerKnoll sales organisation to develop cohesive strategies and secure dealer projects through a unified approach. Build strong relationships across all MillerKnoll brands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
