Job Title: Technical Sales Representative
About the opportunity:
As our new Technical Sales Representative, you will manage sales and first-line support of our range of biomedical laboratory products to an established customer base within South London and the Southeast region and increasing business opportunities with new customers and growth from the launch of new products.

Location: Remote, South London & Southeast
This is a field-based role covering South London and the Southeast. Regular travel throughout the territory is required, including occasional overnight stays.
What you will be doing:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while driving sustainable year-on-year growth through the development and management of strong customer relationships across a range of market sectors
- Provide first-line support to customers, responding to product, service, and business-related enquiries
- Engage with customers through a variety of communication channels, with a strong emphasis on regular face-to-face visits and relationship building
- Build and maintain a strong professional network through participation in exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and other industry events
- Deliver customer presentations and support technical training activities to promote product knowledge and customer success
What you need for success:
- A Degree in a Life Sciences discipline
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own diary
- Have an energetic, driven, result oriented attitude and be capable in building strong relationships
- Experience in a customer-facing environment with an interest in sales and business development
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory on a day to day basis and occasional overseas travel
- Be based within commuting distance of central London
