Technical Sales Representative – Machinery
Location: South UK
Salary: £45,000 + Commission
Field-based
A global manufacturer of specialist industrial machinery is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to develop sales across the South UK.
The role will involve approximately 4 days per week visiting customers, with 1 day focused on administration and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an established customer base.
- Identify and win new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct site visits, product meetings, and demonstrations.
- Manage the sales process from enquiry through to close.
- Develop sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams.

About You
- B2B sales experience, ideally within machinery, manufacturing, engineering, or technical products.
- Commercially driven and motivated by targets and commission.
- Confident building relationships and developing new business.
- Highly organised with excellent territory planning skills.
- Comfortable working independently and travelling extensively.
- Full UK driving licence.
