Technical Sales Representative – UK

Ready to step out of the workshop – but stay in the trade?

Wallmek i Kungälv AB is looking for an experienced mechanic, technician or workshop manager to join our UK company, Wallmek Ltd.

You know the workshop. You know the jobs that take too long, the components that refuse to move and the difference the right tool can make.

Now we are looking for someone who wants to use that experience in a new way.

Rather than working on the vehicles yourself, you will visit workshops across your territory, meet technicians and workshop managers, understand the problems they face and demonstrate professional tools designed to make their work faster, safer and easier.

The role

As a Technical Sales Representative for Wallmek Ltd, you will work independently from your home and spend much of your time visiting automotive workshops and customers.

You will have your own demonstration vehicle equipped with Wallmek tools, allowing you to demonstrate our solutions directly in the workshop – where they are actually used.

This is a hands-on sales role. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to sell from a catalogue. We want someone who understands the job, can speak the same language as the technician and can show customers how the right tool solves a real workshop problem.

You will be responsible for planning your own working days, customer visits and routes within your territory.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
