Essential Responsibilities
- Manage & Grow Accounts – Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Drive Sales & Revenue Growth – Meet and exceed sales targets by offering customized solutions that fit client needs.
- Industry Expertise & Consultative Selling – Understand customer challenges and present Timken’s high-performance bearings, power transmission products, and motion control solutions as the best fit.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with engineering, customer support, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to position Timken as a trusted solutions provider.
- Regular Customer Visits & Networking – Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications/Skills
- 3-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or industrial product sales (bearings or mechanical components preferred).
- Sales experience within oil and gas industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, or engineering-driven industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for business growth.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel (75%+) to visit clients and industry events.
