Role Description

The Technical Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based anywhere in the United Kingdom, with flexibility for work from home. This role focuses on presenting and positioning Guardian One’s SQL Server assessment services to prospective clients, translating technical capabilities into clear business value. The Technical Sales Specialist will collaborate with technical support and advisory teams to address client questions, ensure accurate scoping, and support smooth service onboarding. Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, including experience presenting complex technical services and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Technical Support capabilities
  • Relevant experience in B2B technology or software services, preferably in data, infrastructure, or database-related solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively managing time between client sites and remote work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in scopes, proposals, and service descriptions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Marketing) or equivalent professional experience.
