About The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Office Manager, as a Technical Sales Support you will be at the heart of our technical sales operations, supporting the delivery of sales and technical expertise across GB & ROW. This is an office-based role and you will focus on our Water BU product portfolio—Pumps, CTP, and Separators—and play a leading role in managing our CRM system, reporting, and lead tracking. This role is more than support—it's about strategic impact, relationship building, and channel development. You'll work closely with architects, consultant engineers, and key decision-makers to strengthen our market presence and drive margin growth.

Our tried and tested Klargester product range includes sewage treatment plants, fuel and oil separators, and pumping stations. What You Will Be Doing
- Support the delivery of annual sales targets and business objectives across the Klargester product portfolio.
- Manage customer enquiries efficiently, ensuring all opportunities are accurately logged, tracked, and progressed through the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are actively managed and converted into orders.
- Work collaboratively with Technical Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers to provide customers with technical product guidance and specifications.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including architects, consulting engineers, contractors, housebuilders, local authorities, and wastewater professionals.
- Support projects from specification stage through to completion, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Identify opportunities to increase specification and adoption of the Klargester product range across the UK market.
- Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Produce sales reports, presentations, and market analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
- Assist in developing sales plans, customer strategies, and growth initiatives across national, regional, and local markets.
- Ensure all customer interactions and selling activities are conducted in line with Kingspan's high standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance.
- Support marketing initiatives by helping to develop high-quality customer information and technical content.
