Pedrollo Distribution & Powertank
Due to continued growth, Pedrollo Distribution & Powertank are looking to expand their Technical Sales & Support team.
Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a well-established global leader in the manufacture and distribution of pumps, pump systems, and water treatment products? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to play a key role within our growing sales team, helping customers identify the right solutions while building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
About the Role
Based at our Lichfield premises, conveniently located close to train and bus links and offering free secure on-site parking, you will be at the centre of our day-to-day operations, supporting business growth and delivering outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for sales and technical enquiries via telephone, email, and our website.
- Providing sales administration support, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Advising customers on product selection, specifications, availability, and delivery options.
- Managing general customer enquiries and delivering prompt, effective solutions.
- Proactively contacting lapsed accounts to re-establish relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Working closely with suppliers and colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About You
This role would suit someone who enjoys engaging with customers and providing practical solutions. We welcome applications from individuals with experience in:
- Customer service
- Internal technical sales
- Trade counter sales within engineering, construction, or related industries
- Engineering graduates looking to begin a career in technical sales
Experience or knowledge of pumps, water boosting systems, or water treatment products would be advantageous, but it is not essential. Full product training will be provided, and we are keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills gained in similar technical or engineering-based sales environments.
