Job Title

Futures has partnered with a major consultancy who are a strategic delivery partner on a large-scale technology transformation programme supporting critical national policing and law enforcement capabilities.

We are looking for a Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across cloud-native applications, Java/Spring Boot microservices and AWS within a highly secure engineering environment.

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership across Java/Spring Boot microservices.
  • Review and challenge code, designs and engineering decisions.
  • Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing and AWS best practice.
  • Lead developers and testers and improve engineering standards.
  • Support production issues and code-level root cause analysis.

  • Strong hands-on Java & Spring Boot microservices experience.
  • 5+ years' Scrum Master experience in technical environments.
  • Strong AWS knowledge.
  • CI/CD, Docker and ECS/EKS experience.
  • REST APIs and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
  • Active SC + NPPV3 clearance (Advantageous)
