Technical SEO Specialist
As this established full-stack Digital Agency embarks on their next phase in the company’s growth strategy, we are looking to recruit an ambitious, energetic, and innovative Technical SEO Specialist to join our client's growing Performance Marketing team.
Role Overview
Working alongside other Technical SEOs in the heart of the Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering strategies that return results for a broad range of clients.
The agency’s client base spans high street names, blue chip brands, and sector-leading niche specialist industries. All campaigns involve significant planning and strategy, and you will have our in-house web/software development teams, designers, copywriters, outreach professionals, and marketers to utilize and support the delivery of campaign objectives.
Innovation underpins the agency’s approach to Digital Marketing, and the Technical SEOs are a key driver in keeping the agency in line with best and emerging industry practices. We are an agency that has a proven track record of garnering long-term client relationships by creating and executing long-term digital marketing strategies that deliver results through continuous improvement and recurring innovation. In addition to delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns, you will also play an integral role working with the web and software development teams who work on our ‘new build projects.’ Starting with the initial pitch for a new project, you will be involved in providing the best advice on site and URL structure, schema mark-up, navigation, and conversion, through to the signoff and post-live tech check.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
