Job Description:
We're looking for a talented Technical SEO Specialist to join our team.
As a Technical SEO Specialist, you'll own the technical foundations that everything else is built on — working closely with our SEO Account Managers to keep client sites healthy, fast, and fully visible to search engines.
As a technical search expert, you'll have hands-on knowledge of audits, site architecture, and the fixes that protect and grow organic performance. You should have experience delivering technical SEO on live client sites previously.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture and internal linking
- Monitor site health and flag issues before they impact rankings
- Design and implement structured data and schema strategies to earn richer results and stronger AI visibility
- Lead the technical side of site migrations — redirect mapping, QA and rollout
- Work hand-in-hand with client and third-party dev teams to get technical fixes shipped
- Diagnose and improve Core Web Vitals and page performance
- Translate technical findings into prioritised, plain-English recommendations for clients and account teams
- Support SEO Account Managers on wider campaign strategy and implementation
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry developments

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
