Job Title

You’re technical enough to get into the detail, but you don’t want to spend your career behind the scenes. You enjoy working directly with customers, understanding how they operate, and helping them turn complex technology into something that delivers real value.

Role Overview

As a Technical Sales Consultant, you’ll work with aerospace and defence customers as they adopt software and AI into their processes. You’ll support onboarding, help shape methodologies, and guide customers through the practical changes needed to get the technology working effectively for them.

This is much more than running demos. You’ll become a technical partner to customers, combining your industry knowledge with strong communication skills to influence how the technology is adopted and used. If you want technical depth, customer exposure, and the chance to make a visible commercial impact, this could be a great next move.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

Many of the aerospace and defence industry’s largest manufacturers rely on our client's distinct shop floor and supply chain solutions to simplify complex manufacturing. They believe in making incremental growth every day, and how they look after their people is no exception. As part of their team, you'll be empowered through financial guidance, wellbeing benefits and flexible working opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
