About The Role
You will be responsible for leading both an internal technical authorisations team and outsourced service provider in relation to the service, maintenance and repair of vehicles. You'll also support performance management across these areas, help shape strategic direction and build high-performing teams for effective cost control and service delivery. Whilst being able to bridge the gap between internal business objectives and supplier execution, being responsible for relationship management, delivery against service delivery agreements, continuous improvement and risk management.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead, support and manage performance of technical authorisations teams
- Manage relationship and service delivery of outsourced supplier partner
- Production and presentation of performance reporting
- Drive continuous improvement, technology adoption and stronger customer outcomes
What We're Looking For
You’re an inclusive and supportive leader with supplier relationship and performance management experience together with the foundation of vehicle technical experience and qualifications. You’re comfortable working to tight deadlines, making informed decisions and helping teams work efficiently and effectively.
You'll Also Be Able To Demonstrate
- Technical service delivery management experience
- Supplier relationship and performance management, ideally including outsourced service providers
- Team management experience
- Experience working to tight deadlines in a busy operational environment
- Ability to analyse and present data
The package
We offer a basic starting salary of up to £60,000*, plus a bonus of up to £4,600. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
