KEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH – EMENA is searching for a Technical Service Manager Feed Safety & Feed Processing.
Location: Eastern Europe
Mode: 50% business travelling

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical adviser to feed mills, integrators and strategic customers, supporting them before, during and after solution implementation.
- Understand customer formulations, raw materials, feed-mill processes, microbiological risks, production objectives and economic constraints; translate these into tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Partner closely with sales teams and customers to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and deliver science-based solutions that create measurable value.
- Design, coordinate, and interpret animal and feed trials, translating scientific results into practical recommendations for customers.
- Troubleshoot customer and product technical issues, coordinating support from R&D, Customer laboratory services, Kemin application solutions, Product Management and other experts as required.
- Quantify technical and economic impact using customer data, benchmarks, performance indicators and ROI tools.
- Deliver technical training, customer workshops, presentations and practical sales enablement that connect science to customer and commercial outcomes.
- Capture field, customer and competitor insights; use them to support product development, market positioning, innovation priorities and relevant campaigns.
- Build technical credibility through articles, technical briefs, conferences, webinars and relationships with universities, laboratories and key opinion leaders.
- Maintain accurate trial, customer-visit and project documentation in the relevant systems, including agreed actions, owners and next steps.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, urgency, reliability and cross-functional collaboration throughout the customer project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in feed formulation, feed-mill, integrated animal-production operations, or technical service within the feed or feed-additive industry.
- Proven experience working directly with feed mills, integrators or large animal-production customers and delivering measurable customer success.
- Proven ability to translate scientific knowledge into practical solutions for customers and commercial teams.
- Experience designing, implementing or interpreting feeding trials, customer trials or operational validation projects.
- Ability to analyse technical and operational data and translate results into practical recommendations and economic value for customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to work independently in an international environment.
- Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering value through technical expertise.
- Self-motivated, well organised and responsive, with strong planning, problem-solving and project follow-through.
- English – proficient, one Eastern European languages are considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% across Eastern Europe.
- Track record of customer training, technical publication or speaking at industry events is a plus.
