Overview

KEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH – EMENA is searching for a Technical Service Manager Ruminants to become the key technical expert for our Kemin portfolio across the Middle East. In this role, you will work closely with customers, distributors, and sales teams, providing scientific expertise and developing nutritional solutions that deliver measurable value.

  • Mode: 50% business traveling

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the ruminant technical expert for Kemin’s feed additive portfolio in the Middle East.
  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer challenges and develop science-based solutions.
  • Deliver technical training and coaching to commercial teams.
  • Lead and support customer projects, field trials, and technical evaluations.
  • Design and oversee animal trials, translating results into practical recommendations and commercial value.
  • Support product launches, technical seminars, conferences, and industry events.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to Product Management and leadership teams.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, universities, research partners, and industry influencers.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary, or related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in ruminant nutrition.
  • Ability to formulate a ruminant diet.
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience with a solid understanding of nutritionists' and veterinarians' needs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully with commercial teams.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to make an impact.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
