The Role

The CSE-C Technical Service Training Lead is responsible for building and deploying Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs for Carrier’s priority commercial equipment, with a strong focus on water-cooled and air-cooled systems, chillers and heat pumps.

The role ensures that local trainers, master technicians and country champions are technically enabled to safely commission, service and troubleshoot Carrier’s most complex commercial systems, in line with business priorities, new product launches and service growth objectives.

The trainer drives a continuous learning approach by monitoring and supporting trained populations over time, providing follow-up coaching and refresher interventions as needed, and delivering ongoing technical mentorship to technicians in the field to secure sustained competence and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to country trainers and technical champions across Europe.
  • Certify trainers on priority HVAC technologies to ensure successful local deployment and knowledge transfer.
  • Serve as the technical expert and escalation point for complex service and application-related topics.
  • Support commissioning, pilot projects and first-of-kind installations to ensure successful market introduction.
  • Gather field insights and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and technical capability.
  • Develop and review training materials, including trainer guides, commissioning procedures, troubleshooting tools and technical case studies.
  • Ensure training content remains technically accurate, aligned with field realities and reflects product evolution.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Academies, Product Management, Engineering, Quality and Service Operations to strengthen technical competencies across the organization.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
