Role Overview

To provide technical support to customers, contractors, and the internal sales, R&D and marketing teams on Tremco CPG UK’s fire protection products.

Duties Include:

  • Advise on fit for purpose Nullifire passive fire protection products and the practical aspects of their use to both internal and external stakeholders. Remote working and onsite inspections/meetings where required.
  • Effectively process and manage customers’ enquiries from technical queries to design drawings and provide general product advice.
  • Provide best practice guidance to ensure compliance throughout design and installation stages.
  • To work closely and liaise with the necessary internal departments to ensure that all customers’ technical needs are fulfilled.
  • Conduct training sessions for installing contractors and CPD’s for designers and architects.

Successful candidates will have the following:

  • Experience with fire stopping or in fire protection in general would be highly desirable.
  • Degree within a relevant engineering or construction discipline desirable.
  • Working knowledge of CAD or ability to generate technical drawings would be advantageous.
  • Computer literate, excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good attention to detail.
