The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in science and its practical application and looking to develop their career in consumer product safety, regulatory compliance and sustainability.

Working closely with, and being mentored by our Technical Lead, you will develop expertise in the regulations affecting consumer products across global markets, including UK and EU REACH, POPs, GPSR, US Federal and State regulations and Proposition 65, alongside emerging sustainability requirements such as the Digital Product Passport (DPP), ESPR, CSRD and EUDR.

We are looking for someone with a strong scientific foundation who is curious, quick to learn and able to understand complex technical information and translate it into clear, practical advice for clients. The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a testing laboratory, quality, compliance, product safety or related technical environment and be looking to further develop their expertise in a customer-facing role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
