Technical Services Assistant Manager (f/m/d)
We are looking for a Technical Services Assistant Manager in Hemel Hempstead - join our team!
In this position you will be part of our Technical Services Team and provide ongoing leadership and co-ordination of the Technical Services Department to enable provision of effective product and technical related support to the UK Aftermarket.
Your Scope:
- In conjunction with the line manager, provides ongoing leadership and co-ordination of the Technical Services Department to enable provision of effective product and technical related support to the UK Aftermarket
- Provides focal point for technical product support to all stakeholders through various appropriate media.
- Implements ongoing range reviews to optimise parc coverage, provides local input and co-ordination with RHQ Cat Man teams
- Compiles and monitors agreed KPIs to identify trends and recommends corrective actions
- Cultivates strong and effective working relationships within the Niterra UK / EMEA group and with third-party data agents.
- Performs other reasonable and appropriate tasks, as directed by management
What You Bring To The Table:
- Proven automotive aftermarket related product experience, at technician / workshop / parts supplier level
- Demonstrable experience of range and product management processes including application databases
- Familiar with vehicle ignition / electronic systems and products
- Team leadership experience
- Experience of interpreting and analysing data
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised, self-disciplined with the ability to manage own and team workload within agreed deadlines
- Keeps abreast of product, technical and market knowledge
- Familiarity with Quality Control / Warranty procedures
