What is this role about?
This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating technical service requests at SEAOIL stations. They ensure that maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs are completed on-time, manage the workflow of Technical Service Forms, and support Station Technicians in resolving technical issues.

- Coordinate and oversee Technical Service Request form requests to ensure efficient and timely resolution of equipment issues at SEAOIL stations
- Monitor and manage the completion of preventive maintenance tasks for all station equipment, ensuring smooth operations
- Collaborate with Station Technicians to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical system issues at SEAOIL stations
- Monitor and maintain records of all work requests, repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance activities
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and precautionary measures during maintenance and equipment installations at stations
- Facilitate the timely delivery of Marketing department collaterals to stations as requested through Technical Service Form submissions
- Provide support and guidance to Station Technicians in managing daily operations and addressing technical issues at stations
- Submit regular reports on work progress, maintenance activities, and any outstanding issues to the management team
- Ensure effective communication between departments to address station needs promptly
- Assist in planning and execution of dispensing pump installations and commissioning for SEAOIL stations in the assigned area
