Technical Services Engineer
Location: UK wide
Contract: Full-Time
Reports to: Service Delivery Manager
What This Role Offers
This role is well suited to an experienced engineer who is looking to progress into a more advanced technical and specialist position. In this role, you will take ownership of complex systems, lead technical problem-solving efforts, and implement enhanced control measures, while also supporting the development of other engineers.
It represents an excellent opportunity to progress into a senior technical delivery position with greater responsibility and impact. These roles are integral to our continued focus on raising standards, improving onboarding processes, and strengthening technical delivery, and we encourage anyone with an interest to apply.

What You’ll Do
- Delivering and overseeing water hygiene service delivery
- Acting as a technical escalation point for complex issues
- Supporting Legionella Risk Assessments and compliance advice
- Working with supplementary control systems (ClO₂, H₂O₂, copper-silver)
- Mentoring and up-skilling engineers
- Supporting remote monitoring projects and system implementation

What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Strong working knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274, and practical water hygiene control.
- Experience completing or supporting Legionella Risk Assessments.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and safe systems of work.
- Knowledge of HTM 04-01 healthcare water systems.
- TMV servicing and in-service testing experience.
- Experience in auditing or quality assurance of water hygiene services.
- Experience with planned and reactive repair and maintenance of supplementary control systems
