We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Technical Service Graduate to join our high performing London.

REPORTING TO: Technical Services Manager

Purpose of Role

Aid with building services activities with other construction activities from specification and procurement through to installation, testing and commissioning.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist with ensuring MEP Trade Partners carry out all work to the appropriate standards.
  • Participate in the Project Health & Safety Meetings as required.
  • Aid with MEPS Subcontractor Health & Safety performance through the weekly technical services meeting.
  • Assist with the production of ME coordinated drawings in conjunction with the CSA Works.
  • Assist with the production/approval of technical submittals/samples from the MEPS subcontractors in line with the programme and specification requirements.
  • Assist with the flow of information between MEPS Subcontractors and the project team.
  • Coordinate with utilities companies in a timely manner to ensure programme compliance.
  • Monitor and track progress of the M&E install ensuring adequate resources are consistently provided to meet the programme.
  • Coordinate the testing, commissioning, BCAR and handover process with relevant specialists and sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate temporary M&E requirements for site set-up/project duration.

The Candidate

  • Third level qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the design requirements and the client's brief.
  • Ability to get along with the project team & nurture a positive working atmosphere.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Results oriented – possesses strong drive to deliver M&E service to the team.
  • Responsible – takes responsibility for his/her actions.
