About the Role
Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to support on Total FM operations across a portfolio of residential developments located in Battersea to ensure full compliance with building safety rules and O&M specifications, providing proactive management of onsite Hard, Soft and M&E services, facilities and building defects. In this role, you will manage all services including new building defects delivered either in-house or by contractors—efficient and cost-effective management of contractors on site.
Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements
- Ensure the procured products and services are of specified quality, are safe, compliant, and from sustainable traceable sources
- Manage project-specific risks including the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and review of risk management plans
- Act as a competent person in one or more M&E specialisms, assisting property management to comply with building/fire safety rules, regulations, and law
- Manage, monitor, procure, review, and improve services required under the contracts, either directly or through contractors
- Be proactive in identifying cost-saving and profit-making opportunities within the bounds of the contract specification
- Deliver service with a full understanding of the specification and statutory requirements
Key Requirements
- Practical knowledge and management of statutory compliance requirements
- Technical qualification in FM or building services is advantageous
- Possess a firm understanding of general and building-related Health & Safety
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry guidelines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
