This is an excellent opportunity to join a company renowned for delivering complex projects for clients while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and safety-focused environment.

Reporting to: Data Centre MEP Lead

Role Purpose

Lead the successful delivery of MEP systems from design and specification compliance through to testing, commissioning, and final handover. You will provide technical leadership, manage key stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the selection and management of MEP subcontractors and trade partners.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance across safety, quality, programme, and commercial objectives.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for MEP-related issues and drive successful resolutions.
  • Promote and maintain a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all projects.
  • Review tender documentation and provide technical input to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Identify and manage commercial and technical risks within MEP packages.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, utility providers, and key project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems, industry standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and support project teams in achieving programme milestones.
  • Oversee commissioning, testing, demonstration, and handover of MEP services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
