Technical Services Manager

Central London
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus

We’re recruiting for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join a leading FM/property management business, supporting a prestigious portfolio of commercial buildings in Central London.

The Role Will Focus On:

  • Technical oversight of a premium commercial estate
  • Lifecycle replacement and planned maintenance
  • Supplier, contractor and consultant management
  • Oversight of projects, refurbishments and mobilisations
  • Technical problem solving and remedial works
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and high operational standards
  • Supporting Net Zero and building performance initiatives

We’re Looking For:

  • Strong technical FM / building services experience
  • Mechanical or Electrical background
  • Experience within commercial property / facilities management
  • Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing projects, maintenance and lifecycle works
