This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality technical services across a key contract, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of all technical services, including mechanical, electrical, and building systems
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices
- Manage and develop a team of engineers and technical specialists
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Drive performance through effective planning, KPI management, and reporting
- Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement and cost efficiency
- Support lifecycle planning and asset management strategies
- Ensure all maintenance activities are delivered to the highest standards

About You
- Proven experience in a Technical Services Manager or similar role within facilities management or a related sector
- Strong technical background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems
- Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of compliance, statutory regulations, and health & safety standards
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering or equivalent)
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification (desirable)
