Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per annum
We’re currently looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager (TSM) to join a leading facilities management team, overseeing the delivery of technical services across a key client contract.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong critical/technical facilities management background, with solid electrical knowledge and experience managing engineering teams, contractors, and client relationships.

The Role
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of technical FM services
- Lead and support engineering teams and specialist contractors
- Ensure PPM, reactive maintenance, and statutory compliance are delivered to a high standard
- Manage client relationships and provide regular reporting
- Drive service improvements, compliance, and operational performance
- Support with technical and engineering-related projects
About You
- Previous experience as a Technical Services Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar
- Strong electrical/engineering background
- HVAP preferred, ideally currently held or held within the last 5 years
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and safe systems of work
- Experience managing teams, contractors, and client stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
