We're looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our Technical team and play a key role in supporting some of the UK's leading retailers, foodservice customers, and business partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused technical professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects, and ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, legality, and quality.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the day-to-day technical contact for our customers and manufacturing partners
- Managing customer specifications and supporting the launch of new products
- Providing technical support to National Account Managers and wider business teams
- Coordinating customer visits, audits, and follow-up actions
- Managing consumer complaints and supporting investigations and trend analysis
- Ensuring supplier approvals, certifications, and technical documentation are maintained
- Supporting ethical sourcing, sustainability, and customer compliance requirements
- Working closely with colleagues across Technical, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations

What we're looking for
- Experience within a food manufacturing technical, quality, or compliance role
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing specifications and retailer requirements
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement
