About the Company & Role
A fast-growing traditional fit-out contractor delivering high-quality commercial interiors across London. With projects increasing in scale and complexity, the business is strengthening its technical capability to support consistent, high-standard delivery. The culture is collaborative, solutions-driven, and built around accountability, technical excellence, and client satisfaction.
The company is hiring a Technical Services Manager (TSM) to oversee all building services elements across multiple fit-out schemes. You’ll act as the technical authority for MEP, ensuring designs are coordinated, installations are compliant, and projects run smoothly from pre-construction through to handover.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and working closely with project teams, designers, subcontractors, and clients. As the business scales, this position offers clear progression into senior technical leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
