Role Overview
This role focuses on developing IT infrastructure solutions for the separation and integration of two businesses following a significant acquisition in the pensions sector. The objective is to align the IT strategy with the acquirer's needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis to create solution options for separating IT infrastructure from the parent company.
- Develop integration plans for merging with the acquiring company's infrastructure.
- Assess requirements for both on-premises and cloud hosting models.
- Evaluate networks, security measures, and end-user computing needs.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure design and integration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud hosting solutions and on-premises systems.
- Familiarity with network and security architecture.
- Experience in handling technology transitions during company acquisitions.
Nice to Have
- Certification in IT architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Background in life and pensions IT systems.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies.
