Pay Range – 32 - 35 GBP/hour Via PAYE Inside IR35
Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Solution Consultant to investigate and resolve complex technical issues across advertising, commerce, and creator products for a leading global technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate complex advertiser issues and identify root causes.
- Troubleshoot APIs, SDKs, tracking technologies, logs, and web integrations.
- Work with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to resolve high-priority escalations.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyse trends and create SOPs/documentation to improve support processes.

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in AdTech, Digital Advertising, or Technology.
- Experience with APIs/REST APIs, SQL, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
- Strong customer-facing/client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Ideal backgrounds: Technical Support, Technical Account Management, Ad Operations, Solutions Engineering, Product Support, AdTech, or Programmatic Advertising.
