About you:
You enjoy turning complex technology into clear, compelling solutions that help customers understand what’s possible. You’re naturally curious, comfortable working with emerging artificial intelligence (AI) technology, and enjoy solving technical challenges that have a real impact on customer outcomes.
You work well with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating requirements into practical solutions and helping others build confidence in using them. You’re collaborative, organised and take pride in creating high-quality work that can be reused and scaled across a wider team.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Build engaging technical demonstrations using Access Evo capabilities, including Navigator, Evo Assistant, Workflow Automation and Evo Builder, helping customers see how technology can solve real business challenges.
- Work closely with Solution Consultants and Value Consultants to design technical solutions that support the sales process and align with customer requirements.
- Present technical solutions to customers and stakeholders, explaining complex concepts in a simple and practical way.
- Create and maintain reusable demo environments, proof of concepts and technical documentation to support consistent delivery and smooth handover to Professional Services teams.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical consulting or a similar customer-facing technology role.
- Experience working with software demonstrations, business applications, workflow automation tools or AI-powered solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Experience creating technical documentation, solution designs or implementation handover materials.
