Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
- Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs, prepare bidding documents.
- Identify technical risks and resolving system issues during project implementation.
- Prepare and negotiate technical agreements.
- Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
- Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors.
- Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
- Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology.
- Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions.
- Priority given to those with 5 years or more of experience in energy project (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.).
- Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, presentation skills, execution ability, and logical thinking skills.
