Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
  • Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs, prepare bidding documents.
  • Identify technical risks and resolving system issues during project implementation.
  • Prepare and negotiate technical agreements.
  • Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information.
  • Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors.
  • Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
  • Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology.
  • Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions.
  • Priority given to those with 5 years or more of experience in energy project (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.).
  • Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, presentation skills, execution ability, and logical thinking skills.
