Technical Solutions Analyst | Global SaaS Business | Hybrid (Warrington) | Up to 50k + Benefits

The Company

Our client is a growing global SaaS business developing software used by large organisations to manage complex digital and data requirements. As the business continues to scale, they're looking for a technically minded individual to join their delivery function and help bridge the gap between customers and software engineering. This is a great opportunity for someone with a software, application support or technical background who enjoys solving problems but wants a role with more variety and client interaction.

Why this role stands out:

  • Combine your software knowledge with customer-facing technical work
  • Stay close to development without moving into a pure coding role
  • Work with SQL, APIs, integrations and modern SaaS applications
  • Get involved in technical discovery, solution design, testing and delivery
  • Build broader experience working directly with customers and development teams
  • Hybrid working from Daresbury with strong scope to develop

The Role

As a Technical Solutions Analyst, you'll sit between customers and the software development team, helping understand technical problems and turn requirements into practical software solutions. This isn't a traditional Business Analyst role. You'll need to understand software and be comfortable getting into the technical detail, whether that's investigating data, understanding an API integration, troubleshooting an application issue or discussing potential solutions with developers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
