Are you a Solutions Analyst who actually owns the product, not just the requirements?
I am working with a leading international offshore law firm on some Senior Business Solutions Analyst positions within their technology team.
These are not traditional BA roles and they are not looking for someone to write requirements and just hand them to a developer.
They want people who can take full ownership of a platform or technology area, work directly with vendors and stakeholders to understand what the business needs, and then deliver it, configure it, support it, improve it and train others on it.
If you have spent your career gathering requirements and passing them on, these may not be the right fit, but if you are the person who owns the whole thing from inception to go live and beyond I’d be interested to hear from you.
They are based in the south of England with hybrid working and a strong benefits package including private medical, pension and 25 days holiday with flexibility to buy or sell additional days.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
There are three areas they want specifically covered.
Focus on Legal Technology and AI
- Evaluating, implementing and managing innovative AI solutions across the business.
- Legal tech or professional services AI experience is a priority, with a genuine interest in how AI is reshaping the way law firms and professional services operate.
Focus on a Niche Compliance and Entity Management Platform
- The firm is in the process of implementing Quantios Core and needs someone who can own that implementation and manage the platform ongoing.
- Experience with Quantios Core directly would be a significant advantage, as would backgrounds in similar TCSP or entity management platforms such as Viewpoint, Microgen 5Series or NavOne.
- Strong Power Automate, Power BI, SQL and T-SQL capability and experience in a multi-jurisdictional corporate or professional services environment are also important.

- Proven experience with Intapp Open and Intake on the cloud version, strong Boomi and REST API integration skills, and advanced SQL.
What all three have in common
- You will take ownership rather than pass work along.
- You will work directly with stakeholders and vendors, build relationships and manage those conversations yourself.
- You will mentor colleagues and help build capability in the team around you.
- You will be proactive about identifying improvements and making them happen without being asked.
