We are looking for experienced Technical Solutions Consultants to join a leading global technology organisation on an initial 12-month contract.
This is a client-facing technical role supporting some of the organisation’s largest advertising clients. You will investigate and resolve technical issues across digital advertising products, working closely with advertisers, Sales, Product and Engineering teams.
The role combines AdTech knowledge, technical troubleshooting and client support. You do not need to be a software developer, but you will need to be technically confident, comfortable investigating integrations and APIs, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🔧 What you’ll be doing
- Act as a technical point of contact for major advertising clients and internal Sales teams.
- Troubleshoot issues across advertising delivery, measurement, signals, pixels and integrations.
- Investigate technical cases end-to-end, identifying potential causes and appropriate solutions.
- Attempt to reproduce reported issues to isolate and identify root causes.
- Troubleshoot API and web integration issues.
- Research technical documentation and apply known solutions to client problems.
- Debug basic code where required.
- Provide clear resolution steps to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate potential bugs to Product and Engineering teams and support them through to resolution.
- Manage multiple technical cases simultaneously while working to defined SLAs.
- Occasionally join client or Sales calls to gather technical information and explain solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate support processes.

🎯 What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience within digital advertising, AdTech or a closely related technology environment.
- Strong understanding of online advertising and marketing technologies.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues and performing structured root-cause analysis.
- Understanding of advertising technologies including pixels, tracking, ad servers, auctions, campaign delivery and measurement.
- Experience working with APIs, including RESTful APIs, and investigating integration issues.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.
- Experience with SQL and/or data analysis.
- Ability to debug basic code and communicate credibly with developers and engineers.
- Experience translating technical concepts into clear explanations for non-technical audiences.
- Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage several cases and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Previous experience within an advertising platform, AdTech business, media/advertising agency or advertiser would be particularly relevant.
