Duration: 12 months contract
Pay Rate: 42 – 46 GBP /hour Inside IR 35 (PAYE)

About the Role

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will provide technical support and consultative guidance to largest advertisers and internal Sales teams. You will act as a technical point of contact, troubleshoot advertising technology issues, recommend best practices, and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve complex client problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise across advertising products, including Signals, Measurement, and Delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to advertising solutions.
  • Handle approximately 3 new support cases per day and troubleshoot issues end-of-the-end.
  • Research internal documentation and reproduce issues to identify root causes.
  • Provide clear technical solutions and resolution steps to Sales teams and advertisers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Product and Engineering teams and drive resolution.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support high-quality customer experience while meeting defined SLAs.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate support workflows and processes.
  • Occasionally participate in client or Sales calls to investigate issues and explain solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Advertising and/or Technology.
  • Experience with online advertising and marketing technologies.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and escalating support tickets.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising concepts, including pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery.
  • Ability to discuss technical topics confidently with developers and software engineers.
  • Ability to debug basic code and troubleshoot API-related issues.
  • Understanding of APIs, web technologies, and technical integrations.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into clear business-friendly explanations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at an advertising platform, ad agency, or directly with advertisers.
  • Front-end web development experience.
  • Experience with data analysis and data-related troubleshooting.
  • Client-facing technical support or consulting experience.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
  • Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.
