🚀 Technical Solutions Consultant | 12-Month Contract | UK Remote

We’re looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to join a leading global technology company, supporting some of the world’s largest advertisers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a mix of digital advertising/ad-tech knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to advertising technologies
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes and provide solutions
  • Work with APIs, HTTP, pixels, ad servers and conversion tracking
  • Partner with Sales, clients, Product and Engineering teams
  • Explain technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant Product/Engineering teams

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital advertising, ad-tech or technology
  • Strong understanding of online advertising technologies
  • Hands-on experience with technical troubleshooting/debugging
  • Good understanding of APIs and HTTP
  • Experience with technologies such as pixels, ad servers or conversion tracking
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple technical cases at the same time

  • Contract: 12 months
  • Location: UK – 100% Remote
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
  • Start: ASAP
  • Travel: Not required
