Technical Solutions Consultant – Fully Remote | UK
12-month contract
We’re hiring a Technical Solutions Consultant for a 12-month contract, working 100% remotely anywhere in the UK. This is an opportunity to work within the advertising technology environment of one of the world’s largest global social media and technology platforms, supporting major advertisers and well-known brands.
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you’ll act as a technical point of contact, helping clients and internal teams resolve issues across digital advertising solutions. You’ll use your technical and analytical skills to investigate problems, identify solutions and support clients in a fast-moving advertising technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to digital advertising solutions.
- Act as the bridge between advertisers, Sales teams and engineering/product teams.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes and provide clear resolution steps.
- Escalate potential bugs and complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Support clients through case management/ticketing systems and occasional calls.
- Provide guidance on advertising technology and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate support workflows.
- Deliver a high-quality client experience while meeting support SLAs.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
- Experience with troubleshooting and ticket escalation.
- Experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Experience using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery.
- Experience working with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.
- Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.
