Presales/Technical Solutions Engineer
London (Hybrid - 3 Days per Week)
£70,000 - £85,000 Base + Bonus + Stock
Our client is an established global SaaS organisation looking to hire a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between customers, sales teams and product development. This role combines technical consulting, solution design, integrations and stakeholder management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving business challenges through technology.
The Role
- Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements
- Design and recommend scalable solution architectures
- Deliver technical demonstrations and workshops
- Advise customers on API integration and implementation approaches
- Resolve technical roadblocks and implementation challenges
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and influence future enhancements
- Provide technical support and enablement to customers and partners

About You
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, Solution Consulting or Technical Consulting within a SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of APIs, RESTful services and systems integration
- SQL and database knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with both technical and business audiences
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- A consultative and customer-focused approach
