The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Technical Solutions, Geotechnical Information Management, this role is responsible for delivering technical demonstrations, implementation services, and customer support for Seequent’s geotechnical data management solutions, with a primary focus on OpenGround. You will partner with customers throughout their lifecycle, helping them realise value from Seequent solutions while providing expert technical guidance and support.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and webinars that align customer challenges with the right solutions.
- Guide product evaluations and trials, helping prospective customers understand how Seequent solutions address their business needs.
- Lead software implementation, onboarding, and coaching activities to drive successful customer adoption.
- Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering practical solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback, market insights, and product enhancement opportunities to internal teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to test new functionality and support product evolution.
- Support product upgrades, feature releases, and go-to-market initiatives to maximise customer success.
- Bridge technical and business requirements by working closely with customers, sales teams, and developers.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have
- A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in a geoscience-related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Five or more years of experience in geotechnical engineering, mining, civil infrastructure, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the geotechnical data lifecycle and experience working with geotechnical information management systems.
- Proven experience configuring and supporting complex data management solutions.
- Technical consulting, implementation, or customer-facing solution delivery experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a customer-focused approach to issue resolution.
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10–20% of the time.

Our Manager, Technical Solutions, Geotechnical Information Management and team is here to provide support, direction, and inspiration. You will also work with and get support from external parties and across the entire Seequent team.
