Technical Sourcing Partner – Tech
London Office / Remote Options
BOOSTA is a rapidly growing talent consultancy that embeds talent acquisition partners onsite at some of the fastest growing and innovative businesses across the UK and Europe. We are looking for a Technical Sourcing Partner to help deliver the top tech candidates for one of our clients. Our mission is to support companies talent functions at whatever stage of their lifecycle. BOOSTA is a talent consultancy that genuinely consults and is looking for recruitment professionals that are passionate about talent consulting as a career.
The Role:
- We want you to own and be responsible for the delivery of technology into one of our lead talent partners who will be onsite at our client
- A pure sourcing role with no direct client engagement
- Developing an in-depth understanding of our client’s job openings and building effective search strategies for each role
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including interviewing candidates across a variety of open roles to help find and hire quality talent
- Engaging passive candidates through traditional/innovative sourcing methods as well as utilising your own networks
- Ensuring efficient recruitment processes and provide quality candidate experience
- Building and maintaining relations with key decision makers throughout the business

What are we looking for?
- This role is perfect for delivery or 360 consultants looking to make their first move into an in-house position. There will be no BD involved, the role will sit embedded with the internal talent team at our client and will focus purely on unearthing the best technology talent across a wide range of their technology roles.
- You will have at least 2/3 years technology recruitment experience either agency, in-house or a Managed Service Provider/Recruitment Process Outsourcer (MSP/RPO).
- You have experience sourcing via a range of channels including Linkedin, Stack Overflow, GitHub etc utilising creative search methods.
- You have experience assessing candidates using various interviewing techniques
- You can demonstrate your ability to deliver high quality candidates
- You are able to give candidates thorough feedback and provide a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- You have ideally come from a technology recruitment background and can demonstrate a genuine understanding and interest in Technology
