We’re growing and are looking for a remote technical sourcer to help with flexing project demands - can be contract/flexible.
We're not looking for someone who runs boolean strings all day. We're looking for someone who treats sourcing like an engineering problem: inputs, signal, feedback loops, and a shortlist that's actually right, not just full.
AI has changed what "good sourcing" means. The boring parts (long searches, first-pass filtering, drafting outreach) should take minutes, not days. What's left after that is the part that was always the real job: reading a candidate's trajectory and knowing what it means, building a message that gets a reply because it's true, judging fit in a way no model can. That's where you come in.
What you'll actually do
- Build and run AI-assisted sourcing workflows across our roles, from technical to executive search, so the pipeline arrives ranked and reasoned, not just long
- Use automation for volume: search construction, first-pass screening, outreach drafts, data hygiene
- Do the human work yourself: reading between the lines on a CV, tailoring outreach that doesn't read like a template, making the judgment calls on who's actually worth a conversation
- Keep our CRM clean and current as you go, not as an afterthought
- Work closely with our recruiters and clients to sharpen what "ideal candidate" actually means role by role, and feed that back into how you search
- Track what's working. If a sourcing approach isn't converting, say so and change it

What we're looking for
- Solid sourcing experience, ideally with technical or senior-level roles
- Fluent with AI sourcing and research tools, and genuinely curious about where the next ones are heading
- Sharp written communication. Outreach that sounds like a person, not a sequence
- Comfortable working independently on a contract basis, with your own tools and your own pace
- Bonus: experience in an agency or executive search environment
