Technical Sourcer - Remote Opportunity
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Sourcer based in United Kingdom.
This is a remote opportunity for a Technical Sourcer supporting the identification and engagement of top technology professionals for global opportunities. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines across software development, data, product, HR, and sales domains. You will collaborate closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, networking, and connecting skilled professionals with exciting career opportunities. You will join an international remote team with flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on growth and performance. Accountabilities
As a Technical Sourcer, you will play a key role in identifying qualified technology candidates and supporting recruitment efforts through proactive sourcing and relationship building. You will work closely with recruiters to understand role requirements, create targeted sourcing approaches, and maintain accurate candidate information throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand position requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality technical talent.
- Use LinkedIn and advanced sourcing methods to find and engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Create engaging job descriptions, outreach messages, emails, and candidate communications.
- Manage candidate information through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruitment activities and prepare regular performance and sourcing reports.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support and is comfortable using online tools to identify and engage technical professionals. You should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Experience using different sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Intermediate German language skills, both written and spoken, are preferred.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and motivated personality.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a remote setting.
