Role Description

- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Assisting customers with website navigation, order processing, and account-related queries
- Coordinating with developers or external vendors when needed

The role involves:
- Monitoring system performance

The Technical Specialist will:
- Document support activities
- Maintain knowledge bases or FAQs
- Collaborate closely with customer service and operations to deliver reliable, timely technical assistance
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to support diverse customers in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for web-based platforms, user accounts, and common e-commerce workflows.
- Comfort working with basic website administration tools, ticketing systems, and CRM or helpdesk software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and handle multiple support requests efficiently.
- Previous experience in an e-commerce, fashion retail, or technology support environment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with online payment gateways, order management processes, and data privacy best practices is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
